I recently had a chance to sit down with Jana Panarites of the Agewyz Podcast, an organization devoted to raising awareness and providing resources and support for people struggling with the many effects of aging. Since my young adult novel, NO SAD SONGS, follows the struggle of a young man suddenly thrust into the role of caregiver for a grandfather affected by Alzheimer’s, my spot on the show was a natural fit.
